Why Facebook stock is falling?

First of all, if you are looking for some investment advice sorry for the misleading title, it’s not directly about investment. But as far as my limited investment knowledge tells if a company take an income source not that serious, it will affect it’s stock price one way or another.

I’ve been paying Facebook ads for years. For some reason Facebook suspected a fraudulent activity in my account and decided to block themselves getting any payment from me. Fair enough, they did something to protect some innocent person. I contacted their support and this is their response.

Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity. In the interest of protecting our users, we will not be able to reenable your payments account. This decision is final.

Isn’t it bit arrogant to say that the decision is final without citing any specifics or without asking any explanations? A quick search online revealed that I’m not the only one and that response is the standard reply from them.

I feel sorry for the shareholders. Facebook is not doing a good job earning a good return for your equity.
